The Result of The Second International Invention and Innovation Competition for IFIA INV Members Has Been Announced

We are proud to announce that the second competition for IFIA Members, also known as INV Members, has gone well and achieved the intended results, and today, the final results have been announced.

As one of the pioneering organizations for invention and innovation, one of the main goals of the International Federation of Inventors’ Association is to celebrate the invention and innovation community. To that end, we have introduced the INV title, which recognizes members of the federation, which led to the INV Invention Competition, and in this year’s INV competition, the attention was on innovative women and youth.

At the second International Invention Competition for IFIA INV members, more than 740 inventions from 32 countries registered from many countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, Morocco, Indonesia, Turkey, Iran, Russia, Qatar, Bahrain, the UK, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Lebanon, and Poland.

On August 10-12, 2022, the second international competition for inventors and innovators recognized as INV members of IFIA was held virtually and online. Each inventor was required to submit an INV membership certificate, a registration form, and her 3-5 minute video of the submitted invention. This allowed IFIA jurors to assess innovations more accurately and efficiently.

The jury’s criteria were to consider different material aspects of each invention. For instance, one of the main attributes an idea should have was whether the innovation was environmentally friendly and sustainable. Or whether there is a public demand for the invention.
Furthermore, it is also worth mentioning that all inventions and innovations fell into 15 different classes, including Computer Science, Optics, Aviation, Civil Engineering, Environmental Protection, Agriculture, etc.

After three days of evaluation, the results are now available. Each winner of this event received a certificate (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) issued by IFIA via the email entered at registration.
Finally, know that even in these tough times after dealing with the coronavirus, the culture of invention and innovation is alive and well, and people are doing their best to make the lives of others better through innovation.
Lastly, IFIA is proud that the invention and innovation ecosystem has been expanding throughout the world, and every day, more and more people are becoming interested in this culture. Moreover, if you were unable to attend this event, please know that the International INV Competition for Inventors will be held again in 2023.
